Mill Creek City Hall and Passport Services will be closed in observance of Juneteenth on Thursday, June 19th.

Recreation programs in City Hall North will proceed as scheduled for the day. Passport Services will resume normal business hours on Friday, June 20th, at 8:00 a.m.

Have you noticed graffiti/tagging on a certain property in Mill Creek? The City has developed a new reporting process to address and enforce removal and clean-up of graffiti (Ordinance 2024-923).

Submit photos and location descriptions with our Graffiti Abatement Program form.

Thank you for helping to keep Mill Creek clean and well-maintained!

Openings are still available for IncrediFlix movie making summer camps! Offerings include Live Action Flix, Mario Flix, and a full day double feature camp of both Live Action and Mario Flix!

Congratulations to all the Celebration 5K participants and the magnificent Megan, Audrey, and Leah from Girls on the Run of Snohomish County for organizing such a fantastic event and for choosing Mill Creek Town Center as the location for a second year! 

Huge thanks to Ron Montague with Cascade Stride and the Mill Creek Police Department and Citizens Patrol for helping to keep everyone safe!  👏👏👏👏👏👏

The Party in the Parks: Kids Fun Run features three different races with age-appropriate distances for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade:

• Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 1 lap (.25 mile)
• 2nd & 3rd Grade: 3 laps (.75 mile)
• 4th & 5th Grade: 6 laps (1.5 miles)

Registration is required to race, and spots are limited. Each age group/race distance is limited to 50 participants. Register today at the Party in the Parks event page.

Attendees heard updates from Mayor Brian Holtzclaw, Mayor Pro Tem Stephanie Vignal, and City Manager Martin Yamamoto on Mill Creek’s recent accomplishments, economic development, and our 2040 Vision and Strategic Plan.

We were honored to have so many join us for our 2025 Memorial Day Ceremony and to hear from Mayor Brian Holtzclaw, Senator John Lovick, Congresswoman Susan DelBene, Veteran Kittie LaFazia—Commander of American Legion Post 127 and Director of the Heroes' Cafe in Woodinville—and Chaplain Nick Lewis. The event also featured presentations by the Mill Creek Police Department, the Mill Creek Chorale, and Bugler George Moffat.
