Use the following administration interpretations for clarification on the intent of the Mill Creek Municipal Code, where necessary. It is likely that these interpretations will be codified in conjunction with a future code amendment.

On February 23, 2021, the City Council adopted Ordinance 2021-870 amending the MCMC to adopt the 2018 IBC and related Codes.
