NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Creek City Council has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the adoption of a proposed 2026 Property Tax Levy.
 

Citizens have the right to present written and/or oral testimony at the hearing, may submit comments in writing to the City Clerk prior to the hearing, and may ask questions concerning any part of the above subject(s) to be discussed.  Submit questions or sign-up to speak in-person or at: CityClerk@millcreekwa.gov.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Creek City Council will be holding a special meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM until approximately 8:30 PM. The meeting will take place at Mill Creek City Hall, 15728 Main St. Mill Creek, WA 98012 and will be a hybrid meeting.

The Council will be conducting the following business:

• Resolution Related to Award of Library Park and Veterans Monument Design Contract

• Master Fee Schedule: City Use and Service Fees Discussion

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Creek Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 16, 2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mill Creek has issued a Determination of Significance for the South Town Center Subarea Project. As part of the require Environmental Impact Statement process (EIS), a public scoping meeting will be held at the October 7, 2025, Mill Creek City Council meeting. Members of the public are invited to comment on the scope of the EIS. Comments are due no later than October 28, 2025. Please visit the project webpage for more information.
