📢 Public Comment Period Now Open! 📢
The City of Mill Creek has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed South Town Center Subarea Plan. 
The analysis and DEIS address Land Use/ Plans & Policies, Housing/ Population/ Employment, Aesthetics, Utilities, Transportation, and Biological Resources, which were identified during the EIS scoping process.
A 45-day public comment period is provided for this DEIS from January 27, 2026, through March 13, 2026. 
Agencies, tribes, organizations, and members of the public are invited to comment on the DEIS. All comments are due no later than 4:00 PM on March 13, 2026.

A public meeting will be held on March 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Mill Creek City Hall (15728 Main Street, Mill Creek, WA 98012) to provide information and receive comments on the DEIS.
