NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Creek City Council has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the adoption of the City’s 2024 Comprehensive Plan update and associated amendments to the City’s municipal code and zoning map. This periodic update addresses changes in population, housing projections and employment forecasts through 2044 and evaluates and updates each element of the Comprehensive Plan. The update also responds to the Puget Sound Regional Council Vision 2050 Regional Growth Strategy and updated Countywide Planning Policies.
