NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a possible quorum of Mill Creek Councilmembers may attend the Mill Creek Festival VIP Gala event hosted by Mill Creek Chamber of Commerce on July 10, 2026. No action will be taken.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Creek Park & Recreation Board will be holding a special meeting starting at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, rather than the regular starting time of 5:00 PM.  The meeting will take place at the Mill Creek City Hall North Conference Room, 15720 Main St. Mill Creek, WA 98012. 
 

The Park & Recreation Board will be conducting the following business:

• Approval of May 6, 2026, and June 3, 2026, Park & Recreation Board minutes
• Reporting on the June 9, 2026, presentation to the City Council
• Discussing Adopt-a-Street scheduling
• City Manager updates
• Discussing the Vice-Chair vacancy
• Discussing parks tools
• Discussing upcoming Party in the Parks/Kids Fun Run
• Discussing parks tours
