Meetings

The Design Review Board meets at 5:15 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month in person at the City Hall South Council Chambers (15728 Main St.).

Duties & Responsibilities

The Design Review Board reviews and acts on the following matters:

All applications requiring building permits except detached single-family residences, plans, site design, and all other matters as specified in MCMC 17.34
Sign permits as specified in MCMC 17.26
Design of landscaping for city rights of way, medians, entrances, and other public facilities and city-owned properties.
The Design Review Board is authorized to develop expanded and/or review criteria and forward its recommendation for adoption by the City Council.

Members

Board members shall be from the professions of architecture, landscape architecture, urban (design) planning, or similar disciplines and need not be residents of the city. Terms last three years and expire August 31.
