Mission

Collective bargaining at the City of Mill Creek is governed by the Public Employees’ Collective Bargaining Act (PECBA), RCW 41.56. Certain job classifications and employees at the City are included in bargaining units and represented by labor organizations.

The City believes in transparency, accountability, and clear communication with its employees and the public. In furtherance of these goals, this web page provides updates and documents related to collective bargaining and labor relations to ensure employees have full transparency into the ongoing process.

Inclusion in a bargaining unit is determined by several criteria, including job classification. The City has two bargaining units, represented by the following labor organizations.
