The City offers a comprehensive benefits package for regular full-time employees and regular part-time (20 hours or more per week) employees. Some benefits for regular part-time employees are prorated; for example, a half-time regular employee would accrue sick leave at 50% of the regular amount.

The City of Mill Creek Offers the Following:

Time Off

We offer ample time off including:

  • 11 paid holidays,
  • 1 personal holiday
  • 8 hours a month of vacation for full time employees
  • 8 hours a month of paid sick leave
  • 40 hours per year for Salaried/Exempt employees
