Our Programs
The City of Mill Creek strives to provide educational, engaging, and inclusive outreach about our local stormwater. The City is required by our NPDES Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit to provide general outreach, stewardship opportunities, and a focused educational program focused on a common pollutant found in our local community.
