The Mayor proclaimed May as Music4Life Month, and Jane Webber, Everett Chapter President, accepted the proclamation. The Mayor also proclaimed May as Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and May 4-10 as Small Business Week in the City of Mill Creek, which was accepted by Jeff Ritter, Director of the Mill Creek Chamber of Commerce.
Council unanimously approved an amended professional services agreement with City Manager Yamamoto.
Council unanimously approved an Annexation Feasibility Study contract utilizing Revitalization, Preservation, and Beautification (RPB) funds.
Council unanimously approved an interagency agreement with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission for Part Time Instructors.
Council unanimously approved the adoption of the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (Safe Streets for All).
