NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mill Creek has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the South Town Center Subarea Project. As part of the require Environmental Impact Statement process (EIS), a public meeting will be held at the March 3, 2026, Mill Creek City Council meeting. Members of the public are invited to comment on the DEIS. Comments are due no later than March 13, 2026. Please visit the project webpage for more information.
