Refunds for Classes, Camps, and Program Registration

Online registration convenience fees are not refundable.
A full refund will be given if Mill Creek Parks and Recreation cancels a class/camp due to insufficient enrollment
If a written notice is received at least three business days prior to the start of the class/camp, a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be issued within 15 business days.
No refund will be given once class/camp begins
Injuries/Illness are handled on a case-by-case basis. Documentation is required at the time of request.
Inclement Weather Policy: Programs will automatically be canceled due to inclement weather if the Everett Public Schools are closed. Programs may be canceled at the discretion of the instructor/recreation staff if unsafe conditions exist. Instructors will call students for evening or weekend classes. Recreation staff will call sports league coaches of weekend leagues. If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, there will not be a make-up day scheduled or a per-day refund.
