Passport Fees

Current Fees

There are TWO payments required for passport processing. 

  • One is payable to the U.S. Department of State, this is for your passport.
  • The other is payable to the City of Mill Creek for processing your application.

These can be made via check or money order. Please see below for a list of fees for various passport applications.

US State Department Fees

Adult Passport Book $130
Adult Passport Card $30
Passport Book and Card $160
Minor Passport Book (Less than 16 years old) $100
Minor Passport Card (Less than 16 years old) $15

Mill Creek Fees

Application Processing $35

Note: As of January 1st, 2026, any use of an accepted debit or credit card will be charged an additional 3% fee.

Optional Fees

Expedited Processing $60.00
Overnight Postage $22.05
