The City of Mill Creek accepts proposals for Family, Adult, Teen, Youth, and Preschool activities. The following categories are suggestions for class proposals:

Class Proposals

If you are interested in becoming an instructor with the City of Mill Creek Parks & Recreation department and have an idea for a recreational program, please complete the Instructor Class Proposal Form below.

Instructor Documents

If your class proposal is accepted, instructors will need to provide or complete the following:

Copy of Business License with Mill Creek Endorsement
Certificate of Liability Insurance
Copy of W-9
Sign a contract with the City of Mill Creek
Complete a background check prior to teaching

Tips Before Applying:

Please review current Recreation Programming to see if your proposed class or something similar is already being offered.
If a similar class is offered, how is your proposed offering different? Can it be modified to meet a need for the community that is not already being met?
Please note that workshops and classes cannot be designed to sell or recommend products from your business or promote your consulting services.
