Starting Monday, June 29, 2026, Veterans Monument, Library Park, and the playground will be closed for construction. Neighborhood connecting trails will also be closed at the north and east park trail access. Expect construction noise from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily while work is in progress.
Sno-Isle Library will remain open during normal business hours.
Project Update, August 2026:
Since breaking ground on the Veterans Monument and Library Park renovations on Monday, June 29, crews have made great progress on-site. Recent work includes pouring the Tot Lot barrier, installing fence posts, adding new drainage infrastructure, pouring new sidewalks, and preparing pillar foundations.
