Join the City of Mill Creek on Saturday, April 4, 2026, for our annual Eggstravaganza Spring Festival at the Heatherwood Middle School Track (1419 Trillium Blvd. SE, Mill Creek) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Egg Hunts
Enjoy themed egg hunts running throughout the entire event! Say hello to spring with Kiwanis of Mill Creek's "Garden Party" egg hunt, and prep for the season with the Mill Creek Youth Advisory Board's "Spring Training" egg hunt. At each location, kids aged 1-12 and their families can collect colorful plastic eggs and return them at the end of the hunt for candy provided by Town & Country Markets and the City of Mill Creek. Be sure to bring a basket or bag to collect your candy and prizes.
Activities
Returning this year are the big games at the center of the Heatherwood track, including a spoon relay with Elevated Sportz and soccer drills with O2 Futbol. You can also get your photo with the Easter Bunny at the State Farm tent with our emcee, Chris Jones.
New this year, we are introducing the Comfort Corner, where teams from Reading with Rover will be on-site with their gentle dogs. They'll be reading stories to the group while their dogs soak up all their attention, and we'll offer other quiet activities for those who need a break from the day's excitement.
We want to thank our sponsors—Starbucks, serving complimentary coffee; Smith Brothers Farms, serving chocolate milk; State Farm Insurance—Chris Jones; Town & Country Markets; Active Martial Arts; and Nancy's Noah's Ark—for making this free community event possible.
You can also find everything from bubbles to tattoos with Stellar Kids Dentistry, Mill Creek Pride, Goldfish Swim School, Girl Scouts of Western Washington, Navy Federal Credit Union, Winderemere Mill Creek, Mill Creek YMCA, Mill Creek Community Food Bank, the Mill Creek Police Department & Citizens Patrol, and South County Fire with their big rigs and ever-popular Bike Team.
We also want to extend huge thanks to our many volunteers and community partners, including the Mill Creek Youth Advisory Board, Kiwanis of Mill Creek, Kiwanis Key Club, and WM.
Parking for the event is available at both Heatherwood Middle School, with ADA parking on the far right of the lot, and at Jackson High School. Depending on when you arrive, parking nearby may be limited, and we encourage walking, biking, and even carpooling! Eggstravaganza is a busy event, and as a result, traffic may be heavy along Trillium Blvd. around the turn-in to Heatherwood, 136th at the turn-in to Jackson, and Bothell-Everett Highway between the two roads.
Additionally, we encourage you to bring canned food donations to help support the Mill Creek Community Food Bank, which you can find near the Starbucks tent at the northwest corner of the track.
