"As Police Chief, it is my privilege to lead the dedicated team of officers and civilian staff of the Mill Creek Police Department. Our mission is deliberately simple and actionable: to increase safety, security, and everyone's wellbeing, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, respect, and accountability. These values guide us daily as we protect and serve our residents, and those visiting our city.
