Silver Crest Drive Reconstruction

The Silver Crest Drive Reconstruction Project involves an upgrade of Silver Crest Drive, located between 26th Ave SE and 35th Ave SE. The project is intended to address a gap in the City’s bike and pedestrian system, including the installation of sidewalks, bike lanes, and upgrades to the storm drainage system. In addition, this project is in cooperation with the Silver Lake Water and Sewer District (SLWSD), who will replace the existing water main and install a new sewer main within the same project area. Close coordination with SLWSD is required to ensure seamless integration of the utility upgrades with the street improvements, enhancing transportation infrastructure and overall community functionality.
