Community Room Rentals

Rental Hours & Availability 

Community Rooms are available to rent Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). 

Community rooms are not available evenings and/or weekends for private events.

If you'd like to rent one of our Community Rooms (see descriptions below), please first review our Indoor Facility Usage Policies.

Email Us

To rent one of our community rooms, please email communications@millcreekwa.gov and provide the following information:

  • Which room would you like to rent?
  • Event date
  • Start and end times
  • Event type
  • Number of participants

 

Payment & Insurance

Once we respond and confirm room availability, we'll provide additional information on rental and deposit fees, plus liability insurance requirements. To secure the reservation, you must first pay and deliver the specified liability insurance.

Small Community Room

Maximum capacity: 43

Recommended group size less than 30

Large Community Room

F.A.Q.

Is there a kitchen?

The City Hall Community Rooms do not have a public kitchen. Prepared food is allowed in the Large Community Room but only with prior written approval.

Can I just walk in?

No, reservations must be made, and all required paperwork must be submitted before the room can be rented. For more information, see the Indoor Facility Usage Policies document on this page. 

What does it cost?

Fees & Policies

Please read our room rental policies before making a reservation. 
  • There is no technology available in these rooms.
  • There are no public kitchen facilities available in City Hall.
  • The reservation fee for all applicants will include a refundable damage/cleaning deposit.
