Project Overview
The Silver Crest Park Rehabilitation Project was completed in February 2025, improving the playground, basketball court, pathways, picnic areas, and accessibility. The project was funded through a combination of City funds, a Snohomish County Parks grant, and a Washington State capital appropriation grant. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on February 12, 2025, to celebrate the park improvements and reopening to the community.
Park History & Ammenities
The Silver Crest Park was annexed to the City in 2005 as a part of the Northeast Area Annexation. This .61 acre neighborhood park is located within the Silver Crest subdivision on 28th Drive SE. Amenities include a full basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and a grassy play area. There is currently no irrigation in place at this park.

Project Milestones
The project went to bid for the second time on March 7, 2024, and was awarded to K-A General Construction Contractor L.L.C. The start date for construction was August 2nd, 2024.
The Silver Crest Park project is complete and the park is now open.
