The City of Mill Creek follows a two-year biennial budget process. It will also conduct a mid-biennium budget review and adopt a budget adjustment sometime between September 1st and December 31st of 2021.
Our balances budget identifies our financial plan of operation, summarizing by account the City's proposed expenditures for 2021 and 2022 and the revenue sources to finance them.
