NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mill Creek’s Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on November 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
The proposal is the adoption of the 2024-2044 update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and corresponding amendments to the City’s Zoning Map. The 20-year update addresses changes in population, housing projections and employment forecasts through 2044 and evaluates and updates each element of the Comprehensive Plan. The update also responds to the Puget Sound Regional Council Vision 2050 Regional Growth Strategy and undated Countywide Planning Policies.
The City of Mill Creek is issuing a SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance on the periodic update of its Comprehensive Plan (2024-2044). Concurrently, the City is publishing the draft Comprehensive Plan, SEPA MDNS, and SEPA Checklist for public and agency review.
