Annual Performance Survey
The City of Mill Creek is conducting its Annual Performance Survey. The goal of the 2026 survey is to help the City assess the community’s overall satisfaction with safety, City services, events, communications, and more.
The Performance Survey for 2026 will be available from Friday, July 10th to Monday, November 2nd, and is open to all who want to help shape the future of Mill Creek.
