Looking for Building, Mechanical, or Plumbing Permits?

The City of Mill Creek uses a service called OpenGov for the application and approval process for building permits. 

Residential Improvements 

No building, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing system shall be installed, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, replaced, moved, improved, removed, converted, or demolished unless a permit has been obtained.

Planning Counter

The Planning Counter has staff that may be able to assist with Clearing & Grading Permits, Land Use Permits, Right-of-way Permits, and Tree Removal Permits.  For additional help, you can also schedule a pre-application consultation with one of our staff.
