The City of Mill Creek is developing a Community Campus Master Plan for four City-owned properties collectively referred to as the DRCC. Building on prior community engagement and technical studies, the plan aims to develop facilities that address long-term community needs, including public gathering spaces, services for youth and seniors, multipurpose venues, and a new City Hall. A consulting team will confirm site constraints, refine program options, and deliver a clear, actionable vision and phased implementation strategy supported by funding considerations.
This project aligns with Mill Creekâs commitment to strategically manage City-owned land to serve its growing population and strengthen civic identity. The resulting master plan will provide feasible recommendations, reflect stakeholder input, and guide City Council decisions and public communications for phased development and future funding readiness.
