Mill Creek Residents Invited to Apply to City’s Park & Recreation Board by December 10
The City is currently accepting applications for one unexpired term on our wonderful Park & Recreation Board. The term will expire on October 31, 2027. Applications will be accepted beginning today through December 10, 2025, by close of business. Advisory boards and commissions are excellent options for anyone who has wanted to have a voice in important decisions that affect Mill Creek and to work with others to make a positive difference in the community. The City is actively engaging in important work and this is your opportunity to help direct the vision on how you want your community to look and feel.

Interested Mill Creek residents are invited to apply by completing and submitting the Park & Recreation Board application by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, located on the Park & Recreation Board page on our City website. Most boards/commissions hold a monthly evening meeting. Please email CityClerk@millcreekwa.gov or call the City Clerk’s Office at (425) 921-5722 for any questions.
Members of our boards and commissions are appointed by the City Council; however, members of the Civil Service Commission are appointed by the City Manager. Interviews will be scheduled soon after the deadline on a date to be determined.
