City Hall & Passport Services Holiday Closure
Mill Creek City Hall and Passport Services will be closed in observance of New Year's Day on Friday, January 1, 2027.
City and Passport Services will resume normal business hours on Saturday, January 2nd, at 8:00 a.m.
