Staff presented Snohomish County’s efforts in seeking designation of the light rail stations at Ash Way and Mariner as Regional Growth Centers.
Council passed the Ordinance related to Municipal Code updates for Housing Regulations with a vote of 6 for, 1 against, and 0 abstaining.
Council reappointed a Commissioner to the Planning Commission, and filled the 3 open seats, two for full 3-year terms and one finishing an unexpired term.
City Manager Yamamoto reported and celebrated the Finance Department receiving the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the 2025/2026 biennium budget.
