An application to modify an existing Conditional Use Permit and Binding Site Plan (PL2017-0017 and PL2017-0011) in order to expand the existing facility by 9,460 square feet. The expansion includes a two-story classroom wing at the northwest corner of the existing building, a two-story classroom, office, and storage addition at the southeast corner, and the addition of a a balcony in the existing sanctuary, increasing the sanctuary seating capacity to 784 people. 194 parking stalls are provided on-site. No impact to the off-site wetland or on-site buffer is proposed.
